iPhone battery percentage freezes!

hi, my iPhone 5S - 8.1.1 (Not jailbroken) freezes at some random percentage, and then changes it only when i wake my iphone up from the sleep mode (all black screen)? Is it a bad sign, software problem or what?

I'd take it to an Apple Store & ask if someone will take a look at it.
