iPhone battery since iOS 14 is horrible

Anyone else experiencing their iPhone battery dying QUICKLY?

I have the iPhone Pro Max and my phone won't last half a day now. I phone just died at 11 am...it was off the charge at 8am...i haven't even used it for more then 30 min.

I've done all the restarts I can think of.

Do a full restore with iTunes or Finder and set up as new. Resetting from iPhone settings is not enough.
Do not restore from backup.

Battery is definitely worse on IOS 14. I noticed the phone getting hot as well. Hopefully there will be a fix soon. Maybe it’s the widgets not being optimized that’s causing the battery drain.
