iPhone Bluetooh Profiles ???? NOT---> 3G

Have an older Apple iPhone, not 3G.

Trying to pair with a Headset but it's not seeing it.

Suspected headset was problem, tried second headset ( same model ) and no deal.

Headset supports ....
HFP-Hands-Free Profile
HSP-Headset Profile
A2DP-Advanced Audio Distribution Profile
AVRCP - Audio Video Remote Control Profile

Am I barking up the wrong tree?

Does the iPhone NOT support one of those????

What brand is the headset?

I have a Plantronics and it picked it up no problem.

I got it!

It's actually a motorcycle helmet headset, made by J&M.

Works real good when you clearly read the setup instructions!

Now that I got it setup, and made some test calls .....

Gotta butcher a helmet to get it installed!
