iPhone Bluetooth and Wifi Stops working properly

Hi, I have an iPhone 5 with the latest firmware(8.4.1)

My phone has this infinite loop that goes forever like the picture shown below. Also, the time doesn't function properly. As you can see, the time here is 10pm but the phone shifts the time automatically. I tried fixing it by turning off automatic time but even though I correct it manually, it changes it back again. I even got rid of jailbreak to fix this problem but it did not have any effect. Now, my wifi connection also keeps dropping. It connects long enough to load a page and then turns off. Then, i have to go back to settings to connect to the network again. This is NOT a router problem because this happens everywhere. How can i fix this??

Personally I'd backup, reset all settings and restore.

Another quick thing to try is reset network settings only. Do this first then maybe reset all and restore if still the same.

Hmm ok but did you fully reset or just network?

Something odd could have been left behind following jailbreak?

I've not done it before but perhaps download a fresh ispw file and use iTunes to install onto the device?

I fully reset it. Though i did recover my backup which doesn't seem like a problem to me

Yeah 9 times out of 10 it will fix these things. If still an issue clean reset without restore would be next step. Then failing that go one further and as I said download a clean ispw file for iOS 8.4.1 and install that a fresh. Sounds like you may not need it though! keep us updated on your test with what you've done so far!

so just keep restoring network settings?

Ok follow these steps.

1. Reset network settings. Observe and see if drop outs occur.

2. If dropouts still happening, reset all settings and restore a backup when prompted at the new phone setup screen.

3. If still occurring its likely something within that backup carrying over. Reset all settings and setup as new phone and clean. Observe and see if issues continue.

4. I that doesn't fix it Google steps to download the correct ispw file for latest iOS 8 and use iTunes and recovery to flash that file restore backup if you wish but better to keep it clean and "as new"

5. Lastly there is a chance it's hardware issue not software. Did it occur when jail broken?

5th time resetting network settings and no difference Ill try reset settings

Okay, so I did everything except the fresh ipsw but i cant seem to install a custom downloaded ipsw. I press alt and click but no window shows up. Im currently on Windows 10 Desktop but I have a macbook pro 13 retina

Ah so still doing the same? If unable to rectify I'd go to Apple Store. They could get diagnostic results from your device and see what's wrong. Go to apple support and book a genius appointment. At least you can tell them you've done a clean wipe and setup with no change in behaviour.
