iPhone bluetooth

I know the iPhone has bluetooth, but apparently apple have crippled it (with software presumably...

Is there something in the Installer app that can activate the bluetooth?

if not, what's the story?

Well, the app store opened and still nothing about BT.
Does anyone knows more about this? If it will be availble our if someone is working on this?

For me to buy the iphone it will need have bluetooth file transfer, so Im depending on this to buy the iphone...

And correct me if I'm mistaken, but didn't BT spear-head the whole BT while ignoring WiFi way back when it all started?
