I jailbroke my one of my iPhone's about a week ago, I noticed the Custom Boot Logo option but didn't use it the first time around.

I would like to use this option and re-jailbreak it, as I want to change a few options and remove ICY as the phone doesn't seem too stable.

I have tried every method I can think of to change the below images into to files that pwnage tool will accept to no avail. I've tried everything I can think of in Photoshop and even tried opening the Steve image and pasting them into it. Nothing Seems to work.

Can someone go through how to do this (as the tutorials i followed didn't seem to work) or do them for me?

iPhone uses .png for almost all graphics

There is a JB app called LogoMe which will do what you want, but it's not updated to 3.0 yet. Hopefully, it will be.
