Iphone bricked

Hello everyone i need help i have an iphone 4s i recently jailbroke my phone with TaiG for 8.4
i didnt back my phone up and went to go do a restore on the phone and it got stuck on the apple boot loop
ive downloaded redsn0w & sn0wbreeze ive got the shsh from tinyumbrella and tried to stich the ipsw with an older shsh for 6.1.3 and nothing will happen everytime i try to format any ipsw i get an error i really just want to go back to 8.4 everytime i try i get the error code 48 or -1

the iphone could not be restored an unkown error occured (48)
if anyone can give me any help i would greatly appreciate it i'm new to the iphone world have grown around android.
So this is all out of my realm.

It appears you have fallen on old information. Until just very recently, the last month or so, downgrading has not been possible for the 4s.

thanks for the reply but i dont think any of that will work since i cant even boot into my phone due to the boot loop thing.
