Carrier iPhone calls cutting out/FaceTime

I’ve had an issue with my iPhone 11 for months the sound is chopping on FaceTime and also I get a beep beep and the calls fail when I’m either on the phone or try to make a call. Eventually it works but it’s a real pain what’s the solution?
