Quick mockup I made, obviously the iPhone isn't to scale, but I haven't seen anything like this yet, and I know with the app where you can use your iPhone's camera on the iPad, this may be useful for video conferencing:

Joby makes the Gorillamobile Case for the iPhone 3G/3GS, and also have the free Gorillacam Camera App (web link, iTunes link) which can be used as a standalone app or in conjunction with the tripod. It includes features such as digital zoom, self-timer, rapid-fire, 3-shot burst, grid overlay, anti-shake, time-lapse and a bubble level.

Seems a bit overkill really, a dock tripod would be great for business conference room desks.

Joby Gorillamobile works great

The gorillamobile works great and quite sturdy. It's light weight and can be carried around unlike the iPad Dock.
