My iPhone 6 home button wouldn't fully work (only double tap function), so I restored it, through settings, without putting it into DFU mode. I believe the broken home button is due to a software issue from the Jailbreak.

So the iPhone boots up to the white apple logo as usual, but the restore bar only goes up 15% then disappears. The phone also can't be put into DFU mode because of the non-functioning home button. Also, iTunes is unable to detect it as well.

What are my options if any, or is it bricked?

Have you tried using this?

I think you reset all settings via the setting app, not restore through settings, am I correct? This is a NO-NO on a jailbroken iPhone. That app RecBoot should put it in a state that you can restore from in iTunes.
