Return it to where you got it from. I guess If you were handy you could try to take it apart and re solder it back together.

You can try to put the USB back in the neck, but from the picture it looks like it's snapped at a hardware point. If it was roughly handled, there isn't much you can do, but if it broke from being a poorly made product, i'd take it back to wherever you got it from and explain what happened. From what i've learned, I would never buy an iphone 5 charger that isn't Apple approved. Check the packaging before you buy.
