iPhone constantly showing and not showing in photos - see video

Can anyone help with this ?

Whenever I plug my iPhone 11 into my new MacBook this happens and it doesn’t show in iTunes. It did show last night in iTunes, but now it’s just doing this - even if I shut down photos it just opens up again.

Does that happen if you plug the iPhone directly into the computer and not use the hub?

I don’t have a lightning to usb-c cable yet but I shall order one and give it a try

I noticed from your video that you have 2 devices attached to the hub. Maybe try using the power adapter if the hub if a powered hub.
