Iphone Contact Pictures Won't Sync to Google, any help?

I've tried using the built in google mail sync, then tried setting up the google exchange sync, then tried syncing through itunes to google (i'm on windows) and NONE of it will sync my contact's pictures to gmail!

Is there any way around this? I need to wipe it tonight because I'm switching iphones
