I'm having trouble getting all of my contacts from my iPhone onto my iPad. I am connecting my iPhone to iTunes and syncing it, then connecting my iPad and syncing it, but only some of the contacts are transferring over. Any suggestions?
While each device is connected, check iTunes to ensure that 'sync all contacts' is enabled. Are your contacts sync'd to the cloud on any of the 3 devices?

Depending on the version of iTunes it may be blocking any contact that is connected to iCloud and other services like gmail sync etc.
Check your settings in your iPhone for any iCloud or email accounts are logged in. Make sure any with toggles other than mail 'on' are also logged in on iPad and the switches are all set the same way.
Be ware of one thing. If there's a gmail account set up using exchange you can't set it up that way on the iPad if you are doing a clean login. Gmail dropped exchange syncing for new devices about two months ago. You'll have to google for how to setup a card dav to sync those onto the iPad.
