iPhone Contract checking

I, like everyone i'm sure, would like to not go over my contract allowance and get charged more on top of my bill.
But i can't seem to find a way to check how many minuites/texts i have left, can anyone tell me how i can do this?

I can log into my account at attwireless.com and it shows me how many minutes I have used. I do not know how accurate it is but it must be close.

Settings > Phone > AT&T Services

Call these numbers for the following:

Check Bill Balance - *225#
Directory Assistance - 411
Pay My Bill - *729
View My Minutes - *646#
View Text/Data Usage - *DATA#

You can also register and check all of your account balances/usage online as said above.
