iPhone controls itself - hacked?

Hey,
The iPhone of My Friend controls itself.
Has anyone encountered this Problem before?

Known issue not a hack, it needs a new display. Apple released a technical bulletin about the "ghost touches" some experience. The display will stop recognizing touch altogether eventually.
