iPhone doesnt "sleep" in the dock?

I noticed this morning that my iPhone, while in its dock, wouldnt "sleep" to screen black. After a little bit it does its normal "dim" but never actually goes to black.

Anyone else seeing this?

occasionally happens to me.

Try taking it out and putting it back in?

I did that this morning, and it still did it when I put it back. Did a restart on the way to work, so maybe that will fix it. But, its only happened since 1.1.3.

I have noticed the same, my Iphone will not sleep when docked but this only seems to occur when using the iPod functionality.

Same here. If nothing's playing it'll go to black. If the iPods in action, it'll just fade the screen.

I've seen this twice and actually like it because it will show me any messages. I wish there were an option to have the screen stay dim when docked.
