Hi all - I'm trying to help a friend out with his iPhone...

long story short, last week his phone stopped syncing from exchange all of the sudden. We've updated everything, deleted and recreated accounts, restored the phone and started over. I would suspect it an issue with the exchange server except mine (we work for the same company) is working perfectly...

Every other feature of his phone is working fine...

Can someone point me to some help???
 
It could be an issue specific to his exchange account. You should talk with whoever oversees your Exchange accounts.

I'd like to second this. ActiveSync is a fickle beast, and it doesn't work perfectly, even with Windows Mobile.
 
well - his specific exchange account (according to our tech person) doesnt show anything crazy....

I tried putting my info into his phone and it wouldnt take me either....so it's the phone????
