I've received an e-mail saying I have to hand over my broken iPhone to the UPS person tomorrow before he can give me my replacement phone.
Has anyone been through this before?
I've also just talked to an Apple rep and they say I should delete this e-mail and follow the instructions that come with the replacement phone.
