So it’s not possible? My 15PM vibrating but I need notifications sound like normal face up screen.

Same here. As long as I have the ringer on, I’ll still receive notifications when my phone is face down.

The face down detection makes your phone still sound and vibrate, but the screen will remain off, thus saving battery.

If you go to Settings - > FaceID & Passcode - >Attention-Aware Features, is this feature On? If so turn it off.

The face down detection makes your phone still sound and vibrate, but the screen will remain off, thus saving battery.

Try rebooting.
