iOS iPhone for Development and syncing with iTunes

The other day, a friend of mine plugged my phone into his laptop and installed a dev build of his app and a certificate. My questions is, what happens when I sync with iTunes now? Will that app get transferred into my library? Will it get wiped? Are there any other issues that might crop up?

No, it won't get transferred to your library. And no it won't get wiped. Nothing bad will happen at all
