i just got a macbook and plugged my iphone into it and i cannot do delete or listen to anything on it, it is recognized by itunes, but all the movies and songs are gray and i cannot click them, what can i do to fix this? thanks

It is currently set to sync with your PC. Remove it, reseat it, and it should ask if you want to switch which computer it syncs to. Click yes, and it will clear all media and sync with the Mac for you.

Yes. What you need to do is to copy the data from one computer to the other (via external disk or network), load it into iTunes, then sync.
