Hello,

Come to you guys out of a act of desperation!, my iPhone has suddenly crashed (hacked, but no problems with it before!). I was using it to play music from a iPod speaker dock (have used it on there before but this time it didn't work, i think they have been broken).

Then when I undocked it from the speakers and went to take it out of airplane mode, it froze! No screen, wont restart, my mac wont find it when plugged in, nothing!!!

I have tried rebooting by holding the buttons, and have no idea what elts to do!!!!

Have you definitely held the top button and the home button for quite a while?

That should definitely do it..

Have you tried putting it on the dock again and off?

I have held both buttons for about 2 minuets (tried both docked and un-docked), Taking it on and off docking dose nothing (it dosnt turn on or even be recognized by my mac!)

It's posts like this that make me wish the iPhone had a removable battery.

Lots of phone's crash from time to time, but one thing that usually brings them back is removing the battery and putting it back in.

Ok...

Ive left it over night and tried holding the buttons down again... nothing!

Ok guys.. its been 2 days since it crashed!!!

What are my options at this point? it wont restart what ever i do! Wont even find it on my mac.

Can i take it to the apple store (its hacked but if they cant start it, surly they wont know?),

I had the same problem had to get it re-flashed at the apple store.
