not sure i agree with that. as an example, let's use this years election. let's say you wanna read about the DNC and RNC. you can either:
A) wait for your NewsWeek/Time, etc periodical to come in the mail and read about it and see what coverage there was. because these periodicals come out weekly, you could theoretically be 1 week behind in information and during that week, some important political development could have occurred. plus, you only get the view of the writer of that article....no talk back, no forums discussion, no links to other related items.
or
B) you could log onto CNN.com/MSNBC.com, etc and read up-to-the-MINUTE data/updates, interact and share your thoughts with millions upon millions of other users across the world, follow links to developing stories, see images and videos of the convention
i don't know about you.....but choice A died back in 1995....
