Hi everyone. I've had this issue forever, but recently its becoming more of a nuisance. Hoping you all can help.

I have a contact within my iPhone that I've titled SPAM. Whenever a telemarketer or other unwanted caller contacts me, I add the number to the SPAM existing contact, and now I've got tons of numbers in this SPAM contact.

I have the entire contact of SPAM listed as block caller. However, it never fails that several times per week a call comes through my phone that is from the SPAM contact.

How are they getting through to reach me if I've blocked the caller? They have also left me voicemails, not too often but on occasion. If the caller is blocked, how are they able to a) even display on my phone as calling and b) leave me a voicemail?

I've perused through settings within the iPhone thinking I didn't have something set right..but truly can't figure it out.

If anyone knows a way to block the callers, I would appreciate your help.

This is on an iPhone4S. I have the most recent IOS which is 8.1.

Thank you.
