Good evening to all! I have the iphone7. I tried to upgrade to ios15, I have a very old ios definitely back behind ios12. I would not go through the process of upgrading my mobile phone if it did not stop letting me download applications that need newer software than the one I have. Unfortunately, despite the fact that I made room on my mobile and the upgrade process started, as soon as the minutes required by the process were completed, the mobile for some unknown reason did not accept ios15 and sent me a press message to repeat the process or reminder later. Of course every time I clicked to do the procedure again the result was the same. Does anyone have any idea ??? Help guys!

Try again tomorrow.
I’m serious.
Also be sure your internet Wi-Fi connection is reliable.

There are a lot of possible solutions to this problem if you google it. I have included one link below with steps you can try. If all else fails a trip to a genius bar in an apple store might be in order and it is free.

Unless that is your native language there is a definite problem. I suggest an Apple store for a Genius appointment.
