iPhone icons automatically go into wobbly state when I tap them once.

Heya, this has been going on for a long time, but its getting more and more annoying. The issue is that when I've just unlocked the phone, if I tap the iPod icon (or any other icon), it does nothing for a few seconds and then suddenly the icons all go wobbly, as if I held my finger down. I've had this when my phone is jailbroken, and when it is not. I've tried restoring it, is this a widespread problem?

Happens to me maybe once a day. Didn't notice it until after jailbreak.
