iphone impressions thus far

I think it has been a fair amount of time since the iPhone's release for people to have pretty well-founded impressions. Use the poll above to vote for how impressed you are with the iPhone thus far.

I voted 9.5 because, while I'm throughly impressed with the device... the UI has some bugs (eg. safari just throws me back to the home screen )

Near perfect. Interface very polished. Some glitches (Safari crashes). Only real necessity, is Junk mail filter. If they never did anything but bug fixes, I'd be very happy with it.

Wish Battery Life was a little better and a few more clicks worked out

But, with a few software updates, it will be a 9

I'd give it a 10 if it had GPS. Gonna miss that from my BB 8800. But MAN did the GPS suck the battery out of that thing. I could almost see the bar moving lol. I understand why it's not in the iPhone....hopefully battery tech will have a breakthrough for 2.0.

9.0 crashing safari and iPod bugs me, but otherwise it seems to be a nearly perfect device. An excellent entry into the market for Apple

But the iPhone is revolutionary. There is no question about it.

I agree about the video thing. An SD card slot could have at least given us 4 extra GB's...

So far this is the closest to the Jetson's® where i wanted a flying car but will totally settle for this. Amazing product with issues I hope are updated soon. Love the iPhone.
