I am trying to use the method describe here

to try and unlock my iphone. I somehow managed to get to step 15 although my phone but I am unable to install AppSnapp using jailbreakme.com. I think this is because I am still in 1.1.2 and the phone never downgraded to 1.1.1 and therefore I am stuck at the 'plug into itunes' screen, with a 'slide for emergency' slider
Any help on how I can fix this?
