Best bet is find a good e-bay reseller that ships international. you could try and get a UK one but its up to you. then unlock activate and JB with, ziphone or pwnage. shouldnt be to hard. jus find a trusted e-bay seller

That was only a rumor, and because the 3G iPhone has not appeared on the FCC website, that probably is not true.
