Why does my iPhone have to open iPhoto every time I plug it in to sync? Is there anyway to keep this feature for my digital camera, and not for my iPhone. If not, I need to turn off this feature completely. At this point, how would I sync photos from cameras?

Thanks

I get a similar problem that when i plug my iphone in the camera window for the canon opens and comes up with the message "cannt find camera".

I also want to know the answer (have been lazy to post it).

In leopard dont work with image.app

do so :

open iphone - > preferences (cmd + , ) -- > in the first windows down there is the option "When you plugin a camera : do nothing" .

I'm sure they meant open iPhoto.

That's where I found the option... It's a shame you can't specify not to do it with the iPhone, but do it with cameras... But hey ho!
