Before updating to 3.1, when I plugged in my iPhone (original) to my Peripheral PXDP car adapter, a random song would start. That was fine. I didn't have to go into the iPod app, it would just work and play random songs.
After 3.1, I plug it in and it starts with the song "A" and then plays alphabetically. This was also happening before 3.0. I would have to go into the iPod app and hit shuffle in order to shuffle.
Version 3.0 was the only one that started a random song. Which is what I want and it worked great.
Why did they change it back in 3.1 and is there anything I can do?
I know its a specific issue to me and my setup but has anyone seen anything like it? I would imagine it acts similarly when using iphone speakers like the iHome etc.
