My iPhone is bricked. My phone died on me cuz I didn't charge it. I was trying to charge it with chargers that didn't work and I don't know what happened. I am right now using a charger that works but I get no charging sign and my won't phone turn on. I also tried to put the phone into DFU but iTunes is not detecting, no popup messages or anything. I tried charging both on my computer and wall but nothing. It won't even give the charging sign and its just a black screen. How do I fix this? I am on iPhone 4 (A1349) and iOS 6.1 with a jailbreak.

Are you using an Apple branded cable? I recently had my (non) Apple cables stop working to charge or sync after upgrading to 7.0.6... that includes a MFi cable from Belkin... just stopped working as soon as I started using 7.0.6

As much as it sucks to pay Apple $20 for a 3' USB to lightning cable give that a try...

No, I'm not using an Apple branded cable. Could I possibly order it by calling Verizon Customer Service and have them bill it to my account? Do they sell Apple branded cables?
