Iphone is disabled connect to I-tunes

Is there anyone that can help me, so that I can use my phone again.. I really dont know what the f.. happend

connect your iPhone to the original system you authorized iTunes on, it will say waiting for iphone....
verifying system.....
authorizing account details....
system check ccomplete.....

then it will work again

still not working.. It wont let me go into itunes
