Hey guys,

First of all, my english is a little rusty. Sorry.

My sister forgot her iPhone 7 password and tried to many times until the "iPhone is disabled: connect to iTunes" message showed up. My PC didn't recognized the smartphone and I had to put it in the restore mode. I've tried to restore via OTA and nothing, then I downloaded de the firmware (iOS 13.3.1) and tried to install via IPSW twice!!! The phone was stuck in the "Attempting Data Recovery" loop and I reboot it.
Short version: the message "iPhone is disabled: connect to iTunes" showed up again.

I need help.

Is activation lock enabled on the phone?
