Hi. My friend has an iPhone 7. Its stuck on iOS 12.4
Reset All Settings didn't solve the problem. What to do?

No. He bought a new iphone 2 years ago. what do you mean by beta profile? He didn't install beta update on the iphone 7

No, not yet. I asked him to watch this video.
I will try these below from the above video description:
Try Connecting To A Different Wi-Fi Network
Update Your iPhone Using iTunes
Put Your iPhone In DFU Mode

Biggest change for the iPhone 7 was dark mode. If you don’t care about that, staying on 12.4 is a great idea. Although my experience has been awesome, doesn’t mean everyone else’s and same applies to you. It’s not worth the risk with just one major change.

This thread is interesting to me because I noticed a few days ago that I can no longer install a beta profile on my XS Max with 13.3.

The beta Apple site does not recognize that I am using an iOS device, which is at the same time both fascinating and alarming.

Thank you for that idea.

I never had to do that before, but I will give it a try.

Wow. You are absolutely right.

That was the only problem, and now I feel dumb. :)
