I just received an iphone today, used, but in great condition. I was told it was unlocked but I did the reset option from the menu inside the iphone where it will restore to factory settings, deleting all data and media. And now all it does is to loop between off and the pineapple logo with a bite taken out of it. I turn it off with the holding power and home button but when i turn it back on it just gets stuck on the pineapple again. Can someone tell me what to do?? PLEASE!!
