iphone itunes match -- CPU ALWAYS in use???

When I'm on my iphone looking at the music.app, I see the activity circle "whirring" (the icon that appears next to the wireless signal)

This is NOT the case on my iPad ... Any ideas????

That's not CPU usage, it's data usage.

All my music isn't on itunes match??

On my iPad, I can see that I have albums by Ryan Adams and Cardinals. But on my iphone, it's not there??

Also, when on my iphone and I turn itunes music match off, the music still appears ... So frustrating. But more frustrating is that I don't see all the music that I know is in the cloud! ???
