HEY I HAVE HAD MY IPHONE FOR 5 MONTHS I HAVE JUST SOLD IT ON EBAY AND I just restored it to its original factory settings. It was a version 2.0.2 firmware. It now is at the screen where it says insert into itunes on the screen. The thing is tried downloading the new Quickpwn to re jail break it however, it says it does not support my firmware.. how do i check my firmware? My old firmware was 1.1.4, so im guessing thats what im at now after doing the restore... How do i re jail break it to the newest version? because i want it to be up to date for the new buyer. thanks

where can i download the newest firmware? is there a link sumone can give me?

if your selling an old phone, the easiest thing to do , is do a complete erase of all data and settings from your phone...takes like 2 hours...once thats done, connect it to itunes and download and update the newest firmware but dont synch any of your contacts ect....then download quickpwn and jailbreak it. then your done and the person will be getting a clean newly installed system with no problems.

When you jailbreak with the Quickpwn program, you need to do the right version that your iphone has (now you're 2.0.2, then choose the right one).
The program will ask you to select it.
