iPhone iPhone keep respringing and exiting apps

I have an iPhone 4 on 5.1.1 that is jalbroken and for a couple of days now it has been respringing and exiting apps by itself.
I don't know what could be causing it. It was working fine before this. Even when I have it just sitting there doing nothing it will respring.

Is there a way I can find out what exactly causing this so I can fix it?

Delete the last Cydia tweak you've installed.

I did, it was Forecast and I still get the problem.
