Does anyone has ever encounter this issue where the keypad cannot be use? Before that it was perfect until my friend tried to remove the sim tray and penetrate the entire paper clip right in! Does anyone know how to solve this? Is this the paper clip that screwed up the phone or I could install everything again? Please people.... advises are deeply appreciated!!!:confused::confused: Only the row of keyboard (indicated in red) cannot be use now....

does it ever work?
eg slide to unlock, safair buttons at the bottom?
if not, it needs to be replaced

I would put it back in normal state like apple gave it and with a AT&T sim card.

I had the same problem with my #2 iPhone... took it to the genius bar at my friendly local Apple store and they looked at it for a couple of minutes, flipped it around in their hands, murmured "uh huh, I see..." a few times, then promptly replaced it with a new one.

what can i do with this iPhone man? My Goodness.... this iPhone is not cheap when I get them! However this may be a small issue getting my nerve as the phone cannot be use for any typing of messages or email etc!!! Any genius or expert please advise! i'm still waiting for suggestions... or open up the iPhone can solve the issue???

mac, is this person still your friend? and why would you even let him touch the thing with a paper clip anyways?
I would just take it to an apple store or call them up and ask.
:p ;)
