iPhone listing on eBay - Frame looks odd

I found an iPhone 5S on eBay that I am potentially interested in, however upon close inspection of the images, I noticed a few things that didn't look quite right...

There appears to be a couple gaps in the places that I circled. Does anyone know what they could be?

It's gaps between the glass and the metal. It happens. I personally wouldn't buy it.
