iPhone live video recording mirror screen to iPad or mac

Is there a way to use an iPad or Mac as a second screen when recording live video with an iPhone 7.

I take overhead video at a 90° angle and use a boom arm on a tripod. That makes it hard to see the screen.

Therefore I need to find a way to hook up a second display, preferably wirelessly.

That's not what you originally asked for.. I'm not sure if there is a way to mirror from an iOS device to another iOS device, perhaps someone else may have an idea.
