Am I the only one on here experiencing major lockup problems since upgrading my new 6S to IOS 9.3 a few days ago? I now have to turn the phone off and on but it still locks up. I went to the Verizon store and they confirmed people have been having problems but I'm not seeing any posting about it online.

The phone has been flawless since I got it three weeks ago. It installed IOS 9.3 2 days ago, and then yesterday started experience major lockup problems that forced me to restart. But even after restart it still locks up. Tried a rollback online but it didn't seem to reinstall the previous OS.

Verizon store reps are basically clueless. They tell you anything you want to hear. Is it possible you are having issues? Absolutely. Take it to an Apple store if its really bad and see what they say/do.

Sounds like my last visit to an AT&T store. They must all be clueless.
TBF, we can throw in most TMo and Sprint reps in here too.
And I dont blame them - they sell dozens of phones. But what annoys me is that they wont just say "we dont know". They justify it by saying "oh ya, everyone has these problems".
