iPhone 8/Plus Iphone lost and destroyed.

In 2022 my beat up iphone was left in a delta A321. Locked the phone and all but it has no battery and no wifi. Meaning i cant track it. If someone boots it up will it be locked or no?

Cant afford an iphone now. So for now i will go with a xiaomi note 12. Offers great screen (iphone 14 pro equivalent) good battery decent ram (6gb) and looks great
