This is driving me crazy!! I have three Gmail accounts attached to the Mail app and neither of them are pushing. I have to open Mail and realize I have 10 new emails. Anyone seeing this or have a fix?
There is no push for GMAIL on Apple - devices. You should be getting notifications - which is what sounds as if you are an issue with. Depending upon your settings the system will go get every 15 minutes, 30 minutes or only when you go get them manually - what is your seeting

I have google apps paid account, I setup my gmail as an exchange account on iOS. I used to get push before 8.4, now it stopped working. It stopped for both my iphone and ipad. Anyone else?

Were you not paying attention to what others explained to you in 2015? Google's lack of push notifications at the free Gmail service level has remained.
There are ways of getting around this.
Search for "ios mail gmail push notifications" using your favorite Internet search engine and you will get tons of articles written over years about this topic.
For what it's worth, I have been getting push notifications on iOS Mail using mail accounts from Yahoo, AOL, Mail.com (and other 1&1 Mail domains). I also vaguely getting push notifications during the brief time I used Zoho for mail.
The Gmail and Outlook Apps allegedly offer push email, but the stock app does not.
Users who still wish to receive push notifications of new emails can use Google's official Gmail application, which is a free download on the App Store. Google also offers the ability to add Exchange support to a Gmail account by upgrading to the company's paid Google Apps service.Mar 25, 2013

Once you have learned how Gmail is supposed to work in the iOS 13 Mail app you'll be able to complain about the bizarre bugs that actually exist in the iOS 13 Mail app.
