I have a 3G 16gb

I've read where there's been issues with the iPhone making random calls since 2007 but there hasn't been any solution.

Making random calls are one thing, but when your conversation can be recorded on someone else's voice mail is unacceptable I was talking on the phone for about 5 minutes. I hung up and got a call from a friend that said he was returning my call from a few minutes earlier. I had NOT called this person, yet he said I left a voice mail. When he listened to it, the message was my conversation I had earlier!

I KNOW I am NOT 'accidentally' calling people. I reviewed my recent calls and there were calls made that I KNOW I did not make. My friends think I'm nuts when I tell them I did not call them, yet I show up on their recent calls. AT&T doesn't have any answers. Can anyone explain this and help get a solution for this very major problem?

I've already done a total restore but I have yet to find out if that worked.

Me too

I have had this happen to me too.

But it seems to be a LONG standing issue, I've seen posts from 2007 from people reporting this and Apple seems to be clueless, or at least they are not doing anything about it.

This is a HUGE PRIVACY ISSUE. Maybe a class action suit would make them finally fix it.
