iPad Pro iPhone Mirroring to iPad similar to the iPhone to Mac feature in macOS Sequoia

I’m looking for a mirroring app similar to the iPhone to macOS mirroring feature for my iPad. I don’t need a full-screen mirror, just a smaller one so we can use drag-and-drop features and other cool stuff. Does anyone know of such an app?

I think it’s something Apple would have to make.

I believe someone made such an app once upon a time (it let you mirror your iphone to your ipad via an undocumented use of the airplay API), and it promptly got banned by Apple soon after.
