iPhone MMS App!

I updated the mms app I can send pic messages fine i gotta reduce the size to really small or on everyones phone it says picture to large but i cant recieve any

How did you do it??? and what is the respirtory that the file is in???

I figured it out i put the respository in right just on the second swirlyspace i didnt cap the 2 S's like >> SwirlySpace after i did that just go to all packages scroll all the way down and its called swirlyMMS from swirly space not just swirlymms it works for me u have to get mobile finder and mobile preview to view the pics tho
 
Works great getting the pic messages just 2 problems i am having!

1. I got the pic size set to minimum i can send them find to my friends with T-mobile but if i send to a ATT cust it says pic to large to open??? Any suggestions?

2. When i send a pic message most people reply with a text and im guessing you cant view them messages with mobile preview?
 
What are the settings that I have to adjust/set if I use AT&T? is it my number.att.com? what about proxy?
