iPhone X iPhone much cheaper in Mexico

I am going to Mexico in a couple of weeks and on one of the local expat forums one of the shops has the IPhone X advertised for only $500 USD AND you get a free I-Watch with it. How can they do this? If I purchase one will it work in the US?

They can do that because the items aren’t what they should be. Buyer beware.

Sounds too good to be true. Maybe a blacklisted US model. International blacklist doesn’t work. So probably won’t work in the US.

It may not work with your US Carrier.

The iPhone is fake, and I-Watch isn’t a product that apple makes.
